What is an OUTSIDE FIELD AGENT you ask?
The successful candidates chosen for this position will speak with prospective customers in and around the Omaha, Lincoln, and Council BLuffs area. They will set up appointments for our talented project consultants to visit the homeowner in their home and discuss exterior projects as well as tub/shower conversions. QHE is looking for Field Agents who want to be part of a team that is transforming the way homeowners see their property! You will be expected to find, build relationships with, and sign up new customers. We are looking for candidates that like mobile technology, have experience in the customer service industry, and are excited to start their career in sales!

Work Environment
- Works under supervision of the Field Manager who will assist in establishing work requirements and procedures
- A strong spirit and energy to provide the best support in the renovation industry
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated and the ability to perform well under pressure
Qualifications and Skills
- Provide manager with consumer feedback and info for recaps.
- Knowledgeability of key brand info, brand points and educate consumers of our products.
- Maintain proper channels of communication with management.
- Have fun, smile, and be enthusiastic!
Benefits
- On average, reps make $15 – $20 per hour. There is no cap on bonuses.
